Real ABS & Essay Walkthrough
Sit down with the actual file that got me into medical school
Every ABS and essay example online is either invented or scrubbed beyond recognition, and I think that's actually made this part of applying harder, since you're left guessing at what good really looks like. So instead of another template, I'm offering the real thing. We get on a call, I share my screen, and I walk you through my actual autobiographical sketch entries and the essays I submitted this cycle, explaining what I was going for in each one and why I think it worked.
This isn't a file you walk away with, and that's on purpose. Repeating my exact sentences in your own application is genuinely risky for you, since file reviewers do notice repeated phrasing across a cycle, and it also just isn't your story. The point of this session is for you to see the shape of a strong file so you can go build your own version of it, in your own words.

Common questions
Why isn't this just a PDF I can download?
Because the second it's a file, it stops being a reference and starts being something people copy directly, and that's genuinely risky for you: admissions reviewers do notice when phrasing repeats across applicants in a cycle. A live walkthrough lets you actually understand what worked without the temptation to just paste it in.
Will this help me if I've already written my ABS?
Yes, it's often more useful after a first draft exists, since you'll have something concrete to compare against and specific questions about your own entries to bring to the call.
